Google My Business Management
For each location:
3 updates per week on Google My Business
1 video update per month per location
8-10 photos added to the Media Library per month
Locations: Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Porter Ranch
Facebook Management
Up to 5 posts per week
2 Facebook Reels per month
Copywriting, scheduling, and coordination with design/video support
Responding to comments and messages within 5 business days of receipt
YouTube Management
2 YT Shorts per month (Cross-posted with Facebook reels)
Basic optimization of the title and description
Video editing, uploading and scheduling
Responding to comments and messages within 5 business days of receipt
On-Site Filming
(1) 45-minute to 1-hour content shoot per month, rotating across Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, and Porter Ranch locations (each location visited once per quarter)
OR(1) event per quarter (2–3 hours) in place of that quarter's monthly content shoot
Filming focused on: Google Business Profile assets, supporting Facebook/YouTube content, or special team events
Newsletters
4-5 Create Real Change newsletters per month
Blog Content
2 new blogs + 4 re-optimizations
Blog work is streamlined through AI-assisted drafting with human editing to preserve SPG’s voice and local nuance.
Re-optimizations may include: Updating copy for clarity and SEO, replacing missing images, adding or updating CTAs, category and internal linking cleanup
Scope cap: Up to 6 total blog touchpoints per month
Issues Pages
2 targeted content pages addressing specific client experiences and pain points (e.g., therapy for new moms, perfectionism, panic attacks). Each page links to relevant service pages and is approximately 1,500–2,000 words.
Additional Support (As Needed - Max 4 Hours/Month)
The following tasks fall outside the standard monthly scope but can be supported as needed at a discounted retainer rate of $20/hour:
Minor blog post updates (uploading missing images, adding a CTA code block, proper categorization of blog)
Additional one-off guest blog writing
Platform setup, migrations, or tool troubleshooting not otherwise scoped (ex: migrating newsletters from Mailchimp to Zoho One)
These tasks are infrequent and billed separately.
